Tax Information
According to H.R. 3797 Paperwork Burden Reduction Act, employers are no longer required to send 1095-B or 1095-C forms to covered individuals unless a form is requested. Employees may request a copy of their 1095-C by emailing bengbrecht@bgcsiouxempire.org. The form will be furnished by January 31 or 30 days after the date of the request, whichever is later.
